Vehicle Fortress Final Phase: Henning Group Picked as GC

The final phase of Vehicle Fortress is moving. We've engaged Henning Group as our general contractor, and site preparation is already underway.

Vehicle Fortress partners with Henning Group, a fourth-generation construction firm, for the final phase of construction.

About Henning Group

We were deliberate about this choice. Henning Group is a fourth-generation, family-owned construction firm, in business since 1924. They've operated in Florida since 2000 with offices in Naples and Estero, handling commercial, industrial, and residential projects across the region.

As their president Bob DiBacco puts it, Henning's mission is to build lasting relationships grounded in integrity while delivering superior service on every project. That philosophy lines up with how we've approached Vehicle Fortress since day one.

What's Happening on Site

Subcontractors are already preparing for the next construction steps. Austin Thomas will be running the project as Field Supervisor and Project Manager. He's focused on keeping the job site clean and safe, which matters because Phase A owners in buildings J and K/L are right next door. Minimizing disruption to our existing community is a priority, and Austin's team is on it.

Timeline

We're targeting approximately 10 months to complete this final phase. We've done this twice now and know what the process looks like. The team is ready.

Reservation Holders

If you're holding a reservation for the final phase, we'll be reaching out within the next 45 days to transition your reservation into a formal contract.

Availability

Sales continue to be strong. We're grateful to our past clients for their support, and the feedback about the quality and value of what we've built has been outstanding. Word-of-mouth from happy owners is something we don't take for granted.

If you've been thinking about a storage condo at Vehicle Fortress, this is the last opportunity. Phase A sold out before construction finished. Phase B continues to sell.
