Many of our original owners lived within seven miles. Today they come from Marco Island, Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach, Punta Gorda, Lakeland, Fort Lauderdale, and beyond, with more than half now residing in Naples.

Owners are free to personalize their space with epoxy floors, cabinetry, and displays, but early on we made a deliberate choice.
